Gildan 2000 Ultra Cotton T-Shirt

Description

One of the most classic t-shirts in a basic fit. It is made from 6oz of 100% cotton jersey cotton. It has a seamless double needle 7/8 collar along with
a taped neck and shoulders. There is an increased body and sleeve lengths to accomodate shrinkage. Double needle sleeve and bottom hems

The Gildan 2000 is a great go-to t-shirt. It has a classic fit (not form-fitting) and it’s pre-shrunk, so it’ll maintain its shape after being washed. The fabric is thicker than most other shirts we offer, as it’s made of a heavier cotton.

Print sizes

In order to print high quality prints, we need high quality print files. So here are print file design guidelines.

All print files must be scaled to print size. Graphics that do not meet our guidelines might not be printed correctly.

• Remember to remove all backgrounds.
• White color will not be printed on white garments.
• Please be advised that we cannot guarantee 100% color accuracy if the files have not been adjusted using our DTG (direct to garment) color swatches for color correction.
• Transparencies do not translate well in DTG printing. We advise that all colors remain solid.
• Simply typing in a new resolution into the file will not result in a higher resolution print.
• Note that DTG is a manual process, so discrepancies in print placement are possible.

Must follow print file guides

1. Print file size
   Make sure graphics do not exceed the maximums as specified in table above.
2. File dimensions & uploading
   Please maintain dimensions when saving and uploading to us.
   Remove guidelines when saving image-based file (PSD or PNG).
3. Color
   Make sure the print file is set in RGB color space.
4. Background
   Graphics should have a transparent background since every color is printed – if your background is white, then it will also show up on the print.
5. Fonts
   All fonts should be converted to outlines, so you don’t have to send over the font files.
6. File format
   Please submit your files in PNG or PSD format/at least 150 dpi.
