The Anvil 980 is made of a thick cotton with a high stitch density. With a tubular construction, it’s less fitted than other t-shirt models. The tear-away label makes it easier to add your own branding.

*Heather Grey is 90% cotton/10% polyester. All other Heather colors are 35% cotton/65% polyester.

Print sizes

In order to print high quality prints, we need high quality print files. So here are print file design guidelines.

All print files must be scaled to print size. Graphics that do not meet our guidelines might not be printed correctly.

• Remember to remove all backgrounds.
• White color will not be printed on white garments.
• Please be advised that we cannot guarantee 100% color accuracy if the files have not been adjusted using our DTG (direct to garment) color swatches for color correction.
• Transparencies do not translate well in DTG printing. We advise that all colors remain solid.
• Simply typing in a new resolution into the file will not result in a higher resolution print.
• Note that DTG is a manual process, so discrepancies in print placement are possible.

* DTG printing on poly and tri blend fabrics will have a more vintage feel.
